Harvest doesn’t wait for a broken machine.
Seeding, spraying, and harvest each come down to a few weeks. wearpoint shows you every machine, in every field, with what's down, what's open, and what service is coming due — so problems get fixed in the shop, not in the middle of the crop.
Tractors · combines · sprayers · windrowers · telehandlers · loaders
Farm equipment downtime. Short windows. Long hours. No slack.
A combine that goes down in September doesn't cost a repair bill. It costs the crop that's still standing.
Service on the hours, before the season
Tractors and combines run hundreds of hours in a few weeks, and their service intervals are in hours. Operators enter the hour-meter reading when they finish on a machine, so the 250-hour service shows up as due before the season starts, not halfway through it.
Machines spread across the farm
Equipment works fields and quarters miles apart, and nobody has time to drive around checking on it. Every walkaround, defect, and hour reading lands on the machine's record, so you see the whole fleet from wherever you are.
Seasonal help, same checklist
Harvest brings extra operators, family, and hired hands. Invite each one by text, and everyone runs the same short checklist on their own phone — OK, Issue, or N/A — with defects reaching whoever does the repairs.
What it handles.
Self-propelled field equipment and the machines around the bins and the shop. Pull-type implements like grain carts, augers, balers, and drills aren't machine types of their own; add them as Other with your own checklist if you want them tracked.

Field equipment, not road trucks.
Grain trucks and semis on the road fall under transport law. Where they need a daily trip inspection, wearpoint doesn't produce that report — it covers the field equipment, the side of the farm that occupational health and safety rules deal with.
Field guides for this work.
Telehandler pre-use inspection checklist
The boom, the attachment and the chart that goes with it, the steering modes, and the stability system — a telehandler’s walkaround before the shift.
Skid steer daily inspection checklist
The daily walkaround for skid steers and compact track loaders — tracks or tires, lift arms, quick-attach, interlocks, and getting in and out safely.
Wheel loader daily inspection checklist
The daily walkaround for a wheel loader — tires, articulation, coupler and linkage, the function checks, and the blind zone behind the machine.
Farming questions.
Our machines sit for months between seasons. Does that matter?
That's when it pays off. Hours and open defects stay on each machine's record over the winter, so you see what's due before seeding instead of finding out in the field.
Harvest help changes every year. How do we add them?
Invite each person by text. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their phone, with no email address or password. When the season ends, deactivate them in one tap.
Does it track field work, yields, or acres?
No. wearpoint tracks the machines: inspections, defects, hours, service, and repairs. Field records, yield maps, and agronomy belong in your farm management software.
We keep our service log in a notebook. Why switch?
A notebook stays in one cab. Each machine's hours, inspections, defects, and repairs go on one page you can open from anywhere, and you see when service is coming due instead of waiting for someone to check.
