Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, with a card on file. The trial covers up to 3 machines, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. Otherwise it continues at the per-machine monthly rate.
Can I just sign up?
Yes. Start your free trial, add your machines, build your inspection checklists, and invite the crew by text — most fleets run their first inspection the same day. If you’d rather we did the setup, we can do that too.
What counts as a machine?
Anything you inspect and track hours on. Add a machine when it joins your fleet and remove it when it leaves. You only pay for the machines in your account.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax, and applicable sales taxes are added to each invoice.
What does “have us set it up” include?
We do the setup, not you: your account created, your machines loaded, your inspection checklists built and assigned before the crew's first login. It's optional and one-time, quoted in Canadian dollars by fleet size. After that it's the same month-to-month rate — no annual lock-in.
